The Bell Inn is a traditional family run pub and has been since 1988. Whilst it survives thanks to the food trade we like to think we have continued to keep the pub a pub whilst serving good food.
We refrain from booking out large areas of the pub despite being full in our dining room in order to allow people to just go down the pub for a bite to eat, or tourists to have somewhere to go .
Along the same lines we have a public bar a drop down big screen which is bought down for national sporting events (or for HUFC in the FA cup - on BBC!). Unfortunately our generosity cannot run to Sky TV exorbitant commercial rates.
We still entertain teams of (at time of going to press!) crib, Golf society, walking, football, cricket, quiz, petangue and a motorbike ride out once a week.
We serve food every session apart from Sunday evenings and have traditional pub hours apart from Friday, Saturday and Sunday where we are open all day.
It is set amongst blossoming fruit farms about 4 miles north of Hereford, has a bunch of good locals and regulars and a friendly staff.
We hope to offer something for everyone!
